Within the village, private houses, villas, and bungalows are created that can be used individually – for personal living, for rental, or a combination of both. Many owners consciously choose a private home combined with additional residential units for holiday guests.

At least three restaurants and three shared pool areas are planned as social meeting points. They encourage interaction, enhance quality of stay, and make the village attractive for guests – without a resort-like atmosphere.

Infrastructure & Daily Essentials

Cielo del Caribe deliberately avoids prefabricated house models. There is no catalogue of standard types or rigid floor plans. Instead, we offer: - individual architectural planning - adaptation to personal preferences - different house sizes, layouts, and usage concepts - integration into the cohesive overall design of the village This results in unique properties with substance and character — not interchangeable objects.

Construction Costs – Standard Specification

For built living space, a uniform pricing basis applies under the standard specification: Construction costs: from 1,290 USD / m² of living space (as of February 2026) - solid, earthquake-resistant construction - functional, high-quality basic fittings - well suited for owner-occupation and rental This pricing basis allows for reliable cost calculation — independent of the later usage concept.
